Low-growing marijuana strains have been, are, and likely will always be appreciated by many growers in countries with legal cultivation. In Poland, they enjoy particular popularity among enthusiastic seed collectors. For this purpose only – strictly for collection! – we offer seeds at GanjaFarmer.

We know that every avid collector, whether beginner or experienced, with a small or extensive collection, will surely benefit from adding low-growing strains to their collection. What exactly are low-growing marijuana strains? Are they only autoflowering varieties?

Low-Growing Marijuana Strains – Primarily Autoflowers!

Any experienced grower from the Netherlands, Portugal, the Czech Republic, or Thailand (where cannabis possession, consumption, and cultivation were recently legalized) knows that low-growing marijuana strains are primarily autoflowering strains. Their low height is a direct result of their genetics.
Any autoflowering strain will grow shorter (in countries where cultivation is legal) than its full-season or fast-flowering photoperiod counterpart. Especially low strains reach only a few dozen centimeters, typically from forty centimeters to a maximum of a meter, although such growth is relatively rare.

You can also find seeds of low-growing marijuana strains at GanjaFarmer. We offer, among others:

Auto Blue Berry from Bulk Feminized Seeds,
Auto Afghan and Auto White Russian from the same seedbank,
Auto Blue Caramel from Big Seedbank,
Auto Critical Speed from the same seedbank,
Cream Caramel Auto from Sweet Seeds,
Sweet Afghani Delicious Auto from the same seedbank.
These are just some of the strains in our assortment. Among them are classic indicas, sativas, and various hybrids, including strains with cannabis ruderalis genetics, a wild-growing species (also found in Poland!).

Autoflowering strains are often referred to by growers from Western countries as “fast” plants. From seed to harvest, they typically require only 8 to 12 weeks, rarely exceeding this timeframe. Information on these strains is provided from sources in countries where cannabis cultivation is legal, strictly for informational purposes, and we emphasize that seeds from our store are intended exclusively for collection!

Low-Growing Marijuana Strains – Are They Only Autoflowers?

The seeds in the low-growing marijuana category are primarily autoflowers. However, know that some full-season strains, as well as fast-flowering photoperiod strains, don’t grow very tall either.
Typical examples include indica strains. Indicas are naturally quite low-growing and compact, with thick, dense buds rich in resin. Full-season indicas are also available in low-growing versions, which are easy to mistake for autoflowers due to their modest height. However, in countries with legal cultivation, a plant's low height does not mean low yields, as these are often quite abundant.

Full-season sativa strains are also intriguing. Sativas generally grow quite tall, with long, slender leaves and flower clusters that, while not as dense as those of indicas, make up for it in length. Low-growing full-season sativas grow to about a meter, sometimes slightly over, by a few or a dozen centimeters.

Enthusiastic collectors will undoubtedly benefit from adding low-growing marijuana strains to their collection. Modesty has its advantages, as many collectors know – small is beautiful, even when it’s not easy to spot.

We invite you to explore our selection prepared just for you. Here, you will find fascinating marijuana strains characterized by low growth. They are intended strictly for collection, but they shouldn’t be missing from your collection!
